Fire safety design

Traditional fire safety design includes fire safety design according to Finnish and foreign regulations and laws with our customer’s benefit in mind.

In larger scale projects, building permit applications almost always require a prepared fire safety plan; we deliver the fire safety plan and necessary attachments. A fire safety plan is also often a basis for other parts of the building design process. Paloturvallisuussuunnitelma toimii myös suunnittelun lähtöaineistona muille suunnittelijoille.

A well executed fire safety plan does not only increase personal safety but also cuts down building costs and guarantees lower maintenance costs. Integrating fire safety planning as a part of the building process is most beneficial when it is applied from the beginning. Parhaat hyödyt saadaan, kun paloturvallisuussuunnittelu integroidaan heti muuhun rakennussuunnitteluun.

Each building will be individually analysed and designed using one or more principles on the list. The result is a complete fire safety plan to attach to your building permit application. Lopputuloksena on rakennuslupaan liitettävä paloturvallisuussuunnitelma liitteineen.
